around the student.

The Philosophy

“We start with the student — not the application.”

Traditional admissions consulting asks: where can we get you in? Entelleki asks something different — who are you becoming, and what should we build together to help you get there?

How It Works

Start with Discovery.
Continue as you need us.

Every Entelleki journey begins with understanding the individual. New clients begin with the Entelleki Discovery Experience, our personalized process for understanding the student before determining the path. After Discovery, families can return for individualized guidance whenever they need it—without contracts, required packages, or unnecessary sessions.

Optional

Not sure if Entelleki is right for your family?

Schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to learn about our approach, ask questions, and determine whether Entelleki is the right fit for your student. There is no obligation to continue.

This conversation is optional and is not part of the Discovery assessment or advising process.

The Entelleki Journey

A clear, thoughtful beginning for every student—and meaningful guidance whenever the next decision arrives.

The Entelleki client journey

Discovery is the foundation of the relationship. Everything after that is shaped by the student, the moment, and what is genuinely needed next.

01 — Begin with Discovery

The foundation

Every new client begins with the Entelleki Discovery Experience, designed to understand the student before recommending a direction. Discovery is the foundation of the Entelleki relationship—not simply an intake appointment.

02 — Share Two Perspectives

Distinct, yet connected

Student

The student completes the Entelleki Student Discovery Profile.

Parent / Guardian

A parent or guardian independently completes the Parent Perspective.

This allows us to understand both how students see themselves and what those closest to them observe.

03 — We Prepare

Thoughtful work happens before you arrive

Before meeting, Entelleki reviews both perspectives to identify strengths, interests, values, motivations, questions, areas of alignment, and opportunities for deeper exploration. Preparation begins before the family ever enters the Discovery Session.

04 — Discover Together

A 90-minute Discovery Session

During the 90-minute Discovery Session, we go beyond grades, résumés, and applications to understand the student as a whole person—who they are, what matters to them, what possibilities they see for themselves, and where their potential might lead.

05 — Build the Discovery Map

The Entelleki Method

Potential → Purpose → Path → Progress
Potential

What strengths, abilities, interests, and possibilities are already within you?

Purpose

What matters to you, motivates you, and gives your goals meaning?

Path

What educational, professional, and personal possibilities could move you toward the future you envision?

Progress

What practical next steps will turn greater clarity into action and continued growth?

What we learn is organized into a personalized Entelleki Discovery Map with insights, direction, and recommended next steps—designed to communicate movement, growth, and actualization rather than a generic corporate process.

06 — Continue When You Need Us

Flexible support after Discovery

After Discovery, families can return for individualized guidance whenever questions, decisions, transitions, or new opportunities arise.

45-Minute Guidance Session

Focused guidance for your next step.

90-Minute Strategy Session

More time for deeper questions and bigger decisions.

No contracts. No required packages. No unnecessary sessions.

The purpose is to provide meaningful support when the student actually needs it.

Frequently Asked

Common questions.

Do we need to commit to a package?
Never. Entelleki is intentionally session-based. You can meet once, occasionally, or regularly — whatever fits your family’s needs and timing.
Who is this for?
High-school students and their parents, college students, graduate-school prospects, and young adults navigating early career decisions.
Is this admissions consulting?
Not in the traditional sense. We help students understand themselves first, then translate that understanding into thoughtful decisions about school, major, career, and beyond.
How do we begin?
Book a session or send a note. We’ll meet, listen, and take it from there — one clear step at a time.
