The realization
of potential.

Entelleki exists to help students and families move through life's most consequential decisions with calm, clarity, and intention.

A name that means becoming.

Entelleki (en-TEL-uh-kee) is inspired by the philosophical term "entelechy", meaning the actualization of potential into reality. It's the moment possibility becomes direction — and direction becomes progress.

That principle shapes every conversation we have. We don't begin with an application, a rank, or a school list. We begin with the student in front of us — and we build outward from who they are.

Student first.
Always.

Traditional admissions consulting optimizes for the application. We optimize for the person.

Strengths, values, curiosity, temperament, ambition — these come first. The college list, the major, the internship, the career path follow naturally from that foundation.

Potential. Purpose.
Path. Progress.

Four stages that guide every student we work with — from first conversation to first job offer, and everything in between.

0 1

Potential

Discover the strengths, abilities, interests and possibilities already within the student.

0 2

Purpose

Explore what matters, what motivates them, and how their strengths and interests can contribute to a meaningful and authentic life.

0 3

Path

Identify educational, professional and personal choices that can move them toward their envisioned future.

0 4

Progress

Turn reflection into action through practical steps, accountability, growth and continued development.

A different kind
of guidance.

No packages. No contracts.

One question, one decision, one session at a time. Families receive as much or as little guidance as they need.

Whole-journey perspective.

From high school through graduate school and into early career — we support every consequential decision along the way.

Calm, considered, human.

Thoughtful strategy in a space that too often feels transactional, high-pressure, and reactive.

Students in thoughtful collaboration

One conversation
is enough to start.

No packages, no pressure. Just a thoughtful conversation about where the student is — and where they might go next.

Meet the Founder

I created Entelleki to offer students the kind of guidance I would want for my own children.

I graduated from Georgetown University in 2009, where the principle of cura personalis — care of the whole person — left a lasting impression on how I think about education, growth, and mentorship.

That idea shaped my conviction that each student should be understood as an individual, and that development reaches far beyond grades, applications, or academic achievement alone.

I later pursued my Ph.D. at Temple University, where I had opportunities to teach and mentor young college students — work that further deepened my commitment to thoughtful, person-centered guidance.

From 2013–2026, I also served as a Georgetown alumni admissions interviewer, gaining a close view of how students present themselves, how institutions assess them, and how difficult these moments can feel for families.

My broader professional experience spans research, public service, education, interviewing, writing, project management, and mentoring.

Taken together, these experiences revealed to me both the value and the limitations of traditional educational and admissions guidance.

There is no formula for human potential.

What families are too often offered

Too often, families are left choosing between self-help books, websites, worksheets, and other DIY resources that leave them largely on their own, or expensive admissions-focused packages that can impose standardized formulas on individual students.

Neither approach fully honors the complexity of a young person becoming who they are.

The Entelleki alternative

Entelleki begins not with an admissions formula, but with a person.

We take time to understand each student's abilities, interests, experiences, needs, values, and aspirations before determining what direction makes sense — educationally, professionally, and p

A founder's perspective — and a mother's.

I am also a mother of two. That reality reinforces why Entelleki is designed around the kind of guidance I would want for my own children: to see students as individuals, to listen before directing, and to never define them by a résumé, test score, or college acceptance.

It means encouraging students to aim high while making sure the path they pursue is genuinely theirs.

That is the promise behind Entelleki.

A thoughtful process. A human-centered philosophy. A clearer way forward for students and families making meaningful decisions.

I hope you consider reaching out to begin your journey with us. I look forward to meeting you!

With gratitude,
